Refund policy
We want to make sure you are happy with your order from Sol Kyst. If, for whatever reason, your purchase does not work out, we will gladly help you exchange it, or return it for an online store credit or refund. Please make sure you’ve read and understand our return policy. Please note Sol Kyst is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of being marked delivered, in order for a refund back onto the original payment method. Beyond 30 days, up until 45 days, product may be returned for Store Credit only.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 45 days of being marked delivered.
- All items must be returned in their original state with no signs of damage.
- Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you to find a solution. Please include photos (if applicable) to expedite the process.
- Clearance items are all Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If you need to make a return or exchange from the United States, the United Kingdom, or Australia - we are working to make this as quick and convenient as possible for you. You may use our self-serve return portal to make your return and download a customs-ready shipping label.
All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee that will be subtracted from your refund or store credit.
